COPPER PLATE ANTI-SEIZE 
A high temperature anti-seize lubricant, sealant and thread compound. 
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
   Copper Plate No.1 anti-seize combines microsized copper flake and graphite particles in a nonmelt, grease base.  It also contains a variety of 
other extreme pressure additives, rust and 
corrosion inhibitors as well as dry film lubricants 
combined with non-melt  thickeners with our 
finest petroleum base oil.  Copper Plate adheres 
well to metal surfaces and offers exceptional wear 
resistance.  Therefore it can provide outstanding 
protection against galling, seizing and corrosion 
on metal surfaces. Severe temperature, vibration, 
expansion or contraction does not affect it.  
Copper Plate provides high performance and high 
temp protection to + 1800°F.  It is designed to 
meet or exceed the requirements of Military 
Specification MIL-PRF-907E (Mil-A-907E).

The useful temperature range for various applications: 
 • For anti-seize use,  0°F to + 1800°F
 • As a bearing lubricant,  0°F to + 450°F
 • As a slide lubricant,  0°F to + 1800°F
 • As a protective coating, -297°F to + 1800°F 
FOR USE ON:
    Copper Plate No.1 should be used on pipe threads, 
nuts, bolts, studs, flanges, gaskets, screws, taps, drills, 
pump and valve packing and valve stems, low speed 
bearings, bushings, keyways and shafts, chains, 
sprockets, gears, wire rope and cable, exhaust 
manifolds, boilers, heat exchangers, battery posts or 
use as a dry film lubricant  on heat treated surfaces.  
Excellent for use on equipment that is subject to high 
temperatures, salt water spray, highly corrosive 
environments or equipment  that is frequently steam 
cleaned.

RESTRICTIONS:
For applications that require the highest level of 
environmental or personal safety, try the Lub-O-Seal 
NM-91 Anti-Seize. NM-91 Anti-Seize contains NO 
metals yet still offers protection to + 2400°F.  As with 
all petroleum base anti-seizes, these products should 
NOT be used in oxygen service.
