DESIGNED FOR:
Designed for use in applications involving gases, distillates, dilute acids and steam where present. Will not flush downstream as the valve cycles and will not be affected by pigging process in pipeline valves.
RECOMMENDED APPLICATION:
- #196 can either be pumped or injected into the valve bodies or packing glands on the stems of a standard pipeline gate valve. This can be accomplished utilizing a high pressure grease gun or drum pump applied through the button head fittings on the valve.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR:
Oxygen service
