The nonplating, organic EP/antiwear additives allow ALCO-EP ECF to be used where tolerances are low and/or speeds are high. Specially formulated and developed for subsea or other conditions where extreme water resistance is necessary.
Recommended Application:
- Fill the bearings to the manufacturer’s suggested amount. Whip off the excess material. For sliding tracks or boom slides, a thin coating is all that is needed to build a shield to eliminate metal to metal sliding surface contact.
