Product description
Oil Condition Analyses Vacuum made in Klüber Lubrication laboratories provide information on several aspects of an oil's current condition, including appearance, viscosity, ageing, water content and, if required, content of solid matter. Oil Condition Analysis Vacuum includes infrared spectroscopy, an analysis of the additives as well as metal particles in the sample. The result of the analysis is summarised in a standardised, compact report describing the condition of the oil.
Benefits for your application
OCA Vacuum – Oil Condition Analysis Vacuum
The analysis determines the condition of an operating lubricating fluid: an essential tool for effective predictive maintenance according to the principles of Risk Management, WCM (World Class Manufacturing) and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
Reliability of mechanical components
Regular analyses reduce the risk of sudden failure of machine components or expensive, strategically important systems.
Increased production
Maximum useful life of the lubricant is attained while reducing machine downtime and costs for lost production.
Convenience of use
Kit for sampling and dispatch; standardised, compact and comprehensible report including recommendations
Recommendations for optimum lubrication management
Evaluation and interpretation of results by Klüber Lubrication's laboratory experts and customised reports containing recommendations on corrective action
