PENETRATING OIL 
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Lub-O-Seal Penetrating Oil is formulated with 4 essential ingredients: A carrier, a penetrant, a lubricant and a 
rust inhibitor.   In addition, it contains various additives and extreme pressure lubricants to help provide more 
effective and versatile performance in a wide variety of maintenance applications. 
1. The carrier fluid is a non-caustic, highly mobile solution that moves quickly into tiny    
       crevices in the metal surface and acts as a vehicle for the other ingredients.  Because it 
       is non-caustic, it will not damage the metal and can be used safely on aluminum parts. 
2. The penetrant swiftly attacks and dissolves rust & oxide wedged in crevices and threads.   
       It is a fast-acting solvent that lifts away particles and suspends them in the carrier fluid. 
   
3. Once the rust and oxides are loosened from the metal surface, the third fluid protects 
      and lubricates the metal surface.  Two types of lubricants are found in Lub-O-Seal 
      Penetrating Oil.  The first is an extreme pressure additive that quickly plates onto the 
      metal allowing threads to be loosened while all surfaces are coated with the lubricant to  
      prevent galling and thread damage.  The second lubricant is micro-sized particles of a 
      PTFE-fluorocarbon that acts as millions of tiny ball bearings. 
   
4.  The rust inhibitor protects surfaces of threads and metal parts once they have been 
      removed and exposed.  The rust inhibitor is so efficient that many users of this product 
      apply Lub-O-Seal Penetrating Oil as a protective coating on freshly machined parts 
      or other bare metal surfaces.

RESTRICTIONS:
As with all petroleum base products, this product should NOT be used in oxygen service.
