Hyloglue 1000 is a high performance cyanoacrylate adhesive. The product is high viscosity and will
form a strong bond a wide range of substrates in seconds.

The temperature resistance
test was carried out by
curing the product between
2 steel lap shears. The test
pieces where then left at the
test temperature for 1 hour.

Instructions for Use
For best results ensure surfaces to be bonded are clean and free from grease. Apply the glue to one
of the substrates and bring the two objects together. Apply pressure to the joint, the length of time
depending on the material (see the “bonding speed” table for more information). Any excess product
can be cleaned using a suitable solvent such as acetone.
Safety
CAUTION: bonds skin and eyes in seconds – see safety data sheet for more information.
Storage
Shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture when stored between 20C and 100C in original
unopened containers.
